Admission Policies

ADMISSION

CIC is open to any student who wishes to avail of its services and facilities, provided he/she meets the school's requirements and regulations. However, the school reserves the right to deny admission or readmission of students under certain conditions.

Admission to Nursery up to Grade 10 is open for girls. Admission to Nursery up to Grade 6 is open for both boys and girls.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

I. PRE-ELEM (Nursery, Kinder, Prep)

1. Age

Nursery – at least 4 years old by September

Kinder – 4 ½ years old at the opening of classes

Prep – 5 ½ years old at the opening of classes

2. NSO Birth Certificate (Photocopy)

3. Baptismal Certificate (Photocopy)

4. 2 pcs. 1x1 ID pictures (Colored)

5. Testing Fee

II. GRADES 1 - 9

1. NSO Birth Certificate (Photocopy)

2. Baptismal certificate (Photocopy)

3. 2 pcs. 1x1 ID pictures (Colored)

4. Certified True Copy of the Report Card

(with at least second or third grading grades)

5. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)

6. Test Fee

** Grade 1 applicant must be 7 years old by December

SCHOLARSHIPS

CIC offers full and half scholarships to valedictorians and salutatorians of recognized elementary schools with the following requirements:

•  At least 150 graduates from a Public school; at least 50 graduates from a Private school

•  Certification from a Private school

•  Certification from the Principal

•  Passing the qualifying examination and personal interview

Scholarship cover only tuition fees.
